On February 1st, 2022, Dr. Denzil J. Godin, an MLA for the BJP and Associate Professor and Head of the Botany Department at the 165-year-old Lucknow Christian P. G. College, assumed the role of Officiating Principal.
In his speech, Dr. Godin pledged to endeavor to improve the college and expand the number of courses now offered there, giving M.PEd, M.Sc (Physics), and M.Com primary priority. When questioned about his vision, he stated that it was similar to the Chief Minister's and that he would try to educate and empower young people to become deserving, obedient, and great citizens of India. He adheres to the philosophy of "Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas," emphasizing the younger generation, which is India's future.
